Blue Ocean offers a professional 1:1 service to organisations to assist individuals who have lost their jobs, giving them the support, advice and preparation they need to re-engage with the world of work.

Each person reacts differently, and has unique needs, in this traumatic situation. We recognise this, and aim to provide them with as much, or as little, practical help as they wish for as long as they need.
